Letter from Mrs. Natrasany Dear Parents and Guardians, I am pleased to introduce myself as the new principal of the Regina Huda School. I began my duties on January 5, 2010 and am quickly getting to know the students and parents in the school community. I am excited to be a part of such a dynamic and enthusiastic group of teachers, parents and students. The Regina Huda School has had a positive start to the school year, and we are proud to offer an excellent educational program for our children along with extra-curricular activities that range from sport to debate and leadership. We strive to accomplish all of this within the framework of Islamic culture and traditions. Thank you to all of the parents who support us and the children by communicating regularly with teachers, helping students with their homework and encouraging them to always give their best effort. I am also excited to see how the school lives by its motto: Gaining the Best of Canadian Culture while Preserving the Islamic Identity. With the guidance and leadership of the Regina Huda School Board, teachers are able to give students excellent educational experiences within the Islamic framework. I thank the board members for their continued efforts and the gift of their time and energy. I am looking forward to a terrific year, sharing my expertise with the school community, and learning from all of you. I hope to continue and expand upon the fine traditions established at the Regina Huda School, and see continued growth and improvement. Sincerely, Carla Natrasany
